Job Requirements

  • associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
  • valid RN license
  • minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
  • proven leadership ability
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • cultural competency and sensitivity
  • ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams

Job Qualifications

  • registered nurse (RN) licensure
  • leadership experience in maternal-child nursing or related specialty
  • knowledge of evidence-based practice
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience with staff management and scheduling

  • proficiency in integrated EMR systems
