The Facility Operations team plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of Life Time clubs. As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the club environment is spotless, well-stocked, and meets the company's high standards for member satisfaction. This role involves routine maintenance tasks both inside and outside the club, handling member towels, and maintaining locker room cleanliness and orderliness. The position requires adherence to departmental budgets for consumables and chemicals, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

In this role, you will also serve as a frontline ambassador for Life Time by responding to member inquiries about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures. Your efforts will help ensure that every member enjoys a pleasant, safe, and healthy club experience. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift objects over 20 pounds and remain active throughout your shift. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and motivated to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
  • washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
  • ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
  • responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
