Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales or management, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining brand standards
- Ability to handle cash and conduct financial reconciliations accurately

- Proven experience in retail management or assistant store management roles

Job Duties
- Drive and support the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Lead and assist with clienteling, CRM initiatives, and client engagement programs
- Ensure strong sales floor presence by motivating and guiding the team
- Partner with management to plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities
- Identify market opportunities and foster new business development
- Communicate sales performance, KPIs, and company directives effectively to the team
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Sales Consultants in alignment with HR standards
