The Wok Line Cook position at Din Tai Fung is crucial in bringing the essence of the restaurant's culinary tradition to life. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of wok dishes with precision and consistent quality, adhering strictly to Din Tai Fung's recipes, cooking times, techniques, and plating standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that every dish delivers the expected flavor and presentation that the Din Tai Fung brand is known for worldwide. The Wok Line Cook will be tasked with checking ingredient quality, cooking dishes to order, finishing them with the proper garnishes, and maintaining a clean and organized wok station throughout service.

Beyond cooking, the role also involves labeling products in compliance with health department regulations and company procedures, reflecting the brand’s commitment to safety and quality. Participation in monthly staff and wok department meetings will support ongoing learning and professional development.
