Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous wok cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes using wok stations according to established recipes
- Operate woks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Monitor ingredient levels at your station and restock as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized wok station and surrounding prep areas
- Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency of all dishes leaving your station
- Follow all sanitation, food safety, and personal hygiene standards
- Assist with training other kitchen staff as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by kitchen shift leads and managers
