Job Description
Wit & Wisdom Sonoma represents a distinctive culinary destination nestled in the heart of Sonoma, California's renowned wine country. This elegant wine country tavern marks Chef Michael Mina's inaugural foray into the region, bringing with it his celebrated flair and culinary expertise. The restaurant is celebrated for its American comfort food enhanced with a finely curated wine list, creating a harmonious dining experience suited for any time of day. Wit & Wisdom seamlessly combines the charm of a classic tavern atmosphere with the sophistication expected from a premier dining establishment. The highlight of the kitchen is its regional California cuisine, which is uniquely prepared using a hearth oven to impart rich flavors and textures. Complementing the menu is a magnificent wine program carefully developed by Mina, emphasizing quality and local selection. The venue is more than just a restaurant; it is an experience that includes a bocce ball court, inviting happy hour events, and an ideal setting for celebratory dinners with friends and family. This makes Wit & Wisdom a popular destination not only for tourists visiting wine country but also for locals seeking an innovative alternative to traditional tasting rooms. The ambiance, combined with its distinguished culinary offerings, positions Wit & Wisdom as a standout establishment within Sonoma's vibrant dining scene.
