Job Requirements
- minimum six months experience in restaurant or retail environment
- ability to open and close shifts as needed
- willingness to assist all other positions when necessary
- physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks
- must be well-groomed and presentable with a clean uniform
- ability to work as part of a team and independently
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications

- some experience with computer and POS system preferred

Job Duties
- assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals including covering for the General Manager’s days off
- drive operational excellence by managing sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
- enforce all cash management and cash register policies including supervising shift team cash management practices
- assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlements
- maintain food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards in compliance with company policy and Wingstop SOP
- ensure food handling, preparation and serving follow Wingstop’s SOP
- engage professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- address HR matters during shifts according to company policies
- complete weekly inventory and prepare, submit food and supply orders
- perform daily operational tasks such as chicken counts, Figure 8, position assignments and task completions, open and close workflow, and cash draw deposits
- assist all other positions when necessary
- work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
