Job Requirements
- minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
- must be able to open and close shifts as needed
- prefer some experience using a computer and register (POS) system
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals including covering for the General Manager’s days off
- drive operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
- follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices by shift team
- assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement
- maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and Wingstop SOP
- assure that all food is handled prepared and served in accordance with Wingstop’s SOP
- engage in professional conversation with customers to assure their satisfaction
- address all HR matters that occur during the shift in accordance with company policies
- complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
- perform daily tasks including chicken counts, figure 8, position assignments, position task completions, open workflow, cash draw deposits, and closing workflow
- assist all other positions when necessary
- work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
