Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to follow company policies and government regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of employment

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • Direct operations when General Manager is absent
  • Enforce company and government policies
  • Maintain a guest-first culture
  • Achieve operational goals including Ops Scorecard metrics
  • Manage team member compliance with standards
  • Train new and existing Team Members
  • Conduct weekly QSC Self-Evaluations and address issues
  • Manage inventory and product ordering
  • Oversee cash handling policies
  • Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
  • Delegate duties and conduct pre-shift huddles
  • Complete Zenput tasks and forms timely
  • Ensure food safety and restaurant cleanliness
  • Assist in staffing and interviewing
  • Maintain professional communication
  • Expedite operations when working solo
  • Handle lifting of up to 50-pound boxes
  • Work up to 40 hours per week with potential market location changes
