The Restaurant Supervisor II plays an integral role within our dynamic restaurant setting, supporting the General Manager in all daily restaurant operations and stepping in to direct the establishment when the General Manager is absent. Our restaurant is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences that consistently exceed customer expectations through superior service, a clean environment, and the highest quality food. As part of a team-driven environment, the Restaurant Supervisor II helps foster a positive culture, ensuring that both team members and guests are satisfied with their experience.

This role requires a focus on operational excellence, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining high standards in food safety, customer service, and overall restaurant presentation.

The successful candidate will take pride in creating a 'guest-first' culture where every visitor feels valued and where the staff works cohesively to uphold the brand's reputation. They will report to the General Manager, assisting with operational tasks and ensuring key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and quality standards are met and exceeded. This includes maintaining targets for customer dissatisfaction, order accuracy, and overall quality scores. The Restaurant Supervisor II will be pivotal in case resolution, ensuring all customer concerns are followed up promptly within 24 hours.

The role also involves operational responsibilities such as conducting inventory counts, managing cash handling procedures, controlling food costs, and ensuring proper product ordering to avoid shortages. The supervisor must oversee team compliance with company standards, facilitate comprehensive training for new hires, and support retention strategies by embodying organizational values. Shifts for this role vary week to week, requiring flexibility and a willingness to assist in all restaurant areas as needed.

In addition to day-to-day operational leadership, the Restaurant Supervisor II must consistently perform quality self-evaluations and participate in management discussions to address any issues swiftly. They are tasked with maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers alike, including adherence to food safety protocols, personal safety measures, and cleanliness standards. Physical responsibilities include lifting up to 50-pound boxes and engaging in administrative duties such as managing office supplies and completing necessary operational forms.

This position offers an opportunity for motivated individuals seeking a leadership role in a vibrant restaurant environment that values teamwork, accountability, and excellence in service. Candidates hired as Restaurant Supervisors are committed to a specific market, with potential location changes based on business needs.
