The role of Restaurant Supervisor II is integral to sustaining the restaurant's operational success. This position supports the General Manager in managing day-to-day activities and ensures smooth operations during their absence. The Restaurant Supervisor II is responsible for upholding the restaurant’s culture and delivering an outstanding guest experience while managing their assigned shifts. This includes enforcing all company and governmental policies, managing and mentoring team members, and achieving operational goals through metrics known as the "Ops Scorecard." These goals focus on areas such as customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and overall quality and cleanliness. The Supervisor will also be tasked with training new team members, monitoring inventory, controlling food costs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
Moreover, the Restaurant Supervisor II plays a significant role in fostering a positive work environment to help reduce turnover by embodying the company's core values. Job Requirements

- at least 1 year of experience in restaurant supervision or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- support the General Manager in all day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- direct operations when the General Manager is not present
- enforce company and government policies
- maintain a guest-first culture
- assist in all positions when needed
- ensure excellent customer service and operational goals
- address all customer cases within 24 hours
- train new and existing team members
- maintain 5-star quality, service and cleanliness status
- conduct weekly self-evaluations and correct issues
- manage inventory counts and ordering
- follow cash management and handling policies
- monitor paid outs, voids and refunds
- control food costs
- delegate tasks during pre-shift huddles
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- expedite orders and supervise shift operations
