Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience working with Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant brands
  • Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or equivalent certification
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance and customer service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the restaurant
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs to optimize productivity
  • Support management in implementing promotional activities and achieving sales targets
