- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Previous experience working with Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant brands
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the restaurant
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs to optimize productivity
- Support management in implementing promotional activities and achieving sales targets
