The Full-Time Manager position at Wingstop is a dynamic leadership role that places you at the heart of restaurant operations. As a Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor 2, you won't just run a shift—you will lead, inspire, and manage the team on the floor. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service
  • strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service
  • ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills including scheduling, reporting, and POS systems
  • must have a valid driver's license

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service
  • strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service
  • ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills including scheduling, reporting, and POS systems
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • experience in fast-paced quick-service restaurant environments preferred
  • ServSafe or food safety certification preferred
  • proven success leading teams to hit sales and operational goals preferred
  • strong communication and people leadership skills preferred
  • experience with inventory systems and POS platforms preferred
