Job Description

Our restaurant is a vibrant and customer-focused dining establishment committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food and outstanding service. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, welcoming environment where every guest feels valued, and every team member operates in a culture of excellence. As part of a reputable restaurant chain, we leverage proven systems and standards to ensure operational success while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for our employees and customers alike. Our focus is not only on serving excellent food but also on creating memorable moments for each guest, which helps us build a loyal customer base and a strong community presence.

The role of the Restaurant Supervisor I is a critical leadership position responsible for supporting both the General Manager and the Restaurant Supervisor II in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. This role requires stepping in to direct restaurant operations whenever the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II are not present. The Restaurant Supervisor I plays a pivotal part in maximizing the culture of the restaurant, providing superior service, and ensuring the overall guest experience consistently exceeds expectations.

This position demands a strong commitment to enforcing all company and government policies, while effectively communicating any updates or changes to the employees during shifts. The Restaurant Supervisor I must align with the company’s mission to satisfy every guest by delivering a clean, safe environment along with the highest quality food. Being guest-focused is essential, as the supervisor is expected to maintain a "guest-first" culture and routinely address customer cases submitted through various quality service platforms.

The Restaurant Supervisor I will have responsibilities spanning multiple operational aspects—ranging from team management and training to cash handling and maintaining safety standards. This role includes driving sales, controlling labor and food costs, ensuring team member compliance with company policies, and fostering positive engagement among employees to reduce turnover. Additionally, this role requires managing work orders and equipment repair needs, including pest control, and maintaining cleanliness through scheduled weekly and monthly tasks.

The position requires versatility with varying shift schedules and the ability to undertake physical tasks such as lifting boxes up to 50 pounds. It also calls for critical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism at all times within the workplace. Overall, the Restaurant Supervisor I plays a vital role in sustaining operational excellence and enhancing the restaurant’s success by supporting a motivated, well-trained team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
