Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year of experience in restaurant supervision or management
  • ability to enforce company and government policies
  • must work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to lift up to 50-pound boxes
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • able to operate restaurant software and complete reports
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Duties

  • support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in daily operations
  • direct restaurant operations during absence of higher management
  • enforce company and government policies
  • communicate policy changes to employees
  • ensure excellent customer service via Ops Scorecard metrics
  • maintain guest-first culture
  • assist in all positions as needed
  • monitor hours worked and avoid unauthorized overtime
  • ensure team compliance with company standards and policies
  • achieve operational excellence
  • provide training to team members
  • follow cash management policies
  • monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
  • control labor and food costs
  • ensure appropriate use of employee meals
  • help keep restaurant fully staffed
  • delegate work through pre-shift huddles
  • complete Zenput tasks and forms
  • ensure safety and cleanliness
  • maintain Time and Temperature logs
  • oversee cleaning schedules
  • manage repair work orders
  • handle pest control needs
  • remain professional
  • solve problems effectively
  • expedite shifts when supervising alone
  • lift boxes up to 50 pounds
  • adhere to 40-hour work week unless approved
  • accept location changes based on business needs
