Responsibilities include monitoring customer service metrics using the company’s operational scorecards, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns, managing team member compliance with operational standards, and maintaining the highest level of food safety and cleanliness. The Restaurant Supervisor I will lead by example, regularly conducting pre-shift huddles, delegating duties, and ensuring all team members receive thorough training in their assigned roles. Furthermore, the role demands effective cash management, adherence to labor and food cost controls, and an active role in maintaining the restaurant’s physical condition, including safety measures and equipment maintenance.
In addition to operational responsibilities, this position requires fostering a positive and engaging work environment to minimize employee turnover and encourage retention. The Restaurant Supervisor I must be professional at all times, a strong problem solver, and capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50-pound boxes. Job Requirements
