Job Duties
- Support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in day-to-day operations
- direct operations in the absence of General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II
- maximize restaurant culture and guest experience during shifts
- enforce company and government policies
- communicate policy changes to employees
- assist in all positions as needed
- ensure excellent customer service and meet operational goals via Ops Scorecard
- address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours
- maintain a guest-first culture
- comply with work hour policies and avoid unauthorized overtime
- ensure team member compliance with company standards
- maintain operational excellence and follow company procedures
- train new team members fully
- follow cash management and handling policies
- monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
- control sales, labor, and food costs
- monitor employee meal usage
- assist in staffing and turnover reduction
- delegate duties via pre-shift huddles
- complete Zenput tasks/forms on time
- ensure safety and cleanliness
- complete Time and Temperature log and verify dates
- manage weekly and monthly cleaning
- maintain work orders and communicate repairs
- manage pest control needs
- maintain professionalism
- problem solve
- expedite operations as required
- lift up to 50-pound boxes
- work up to 40 hours weekly
