Job Description

Wingstop is a dynamic and rapidly growing restaurant brand that specializes in delivering flavorful chicken wings with a commitment to quality and excellent service. Known for its vibrant culture and people-first philosophy, Wingstop operates numerous locations and continues to expand across various regions. This expansion presents exciting opportunities for those passionate about restaurant operations, team development, and leadership. As a company, Wingstop values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth, making it an attractive workplace for individuals seeking an engaging and supportive environment where they can make a tangible impact.

The Regional Operations Trainer role at Wingstop offers a unique and rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about training, coaching, and developing people across multiple restaurant locations. This full-time position averages about 50 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes night shifts and weekend days twice per month. The role requires travel to support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and training initiatives, providing diverse and dynamic work experiences. The position includes a competitive salary, monthly car allowance, an attractive bonus structure based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Regional Operations Trainer, you will be more than just a trainer; you will be an inspiration to restaurant teams. Your primary mission will be to elevate operational performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations. This hands-on role allows you to work directly in the restaurants, conducting walkthroughs to ensure quality, safety, brand standards, and guest satisfaction. You will be coaching team members at all levels to build confidence and consistency, partnering closely with restaurant supervisors and general managers to pinpoint operational gaps and develop impactful training plans.

In this position, your responsibilities will include providing real-time coaching to leaders, validating their follow-through on training initiatives, and optimizing the usage of Smart Kitchen technology to enhance speed and service execution. You will also support critical business activities such as new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and the rollout of new systems. Conducting orientations and continuous check-ins with leaders in training will be part of your duties, along with documenting all training efforts, observations, and recognitions through digital tools like Zenput. Beyond the technical aspects, you will play a vital role as a culture driver by bringing energy, accountability, and enthusiasm to each restaurant you support.

Wingstop is looking for candidates who have prior restaurant leadership or training experience and a genuine passion for teaching and coaching others. Strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working a flexible schedule, traveling as required, skilled in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zenput, and reporting tools, and physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

By joining Wingstop as a Regional Operations Trainer, you become part of a growing brand that is committed to career growth and development opportunities for its team members. The company fosters a supportive, team-oriented culture that values recognition, results, and the continuous advancement of its people. This role is perfect for those who desire to influence company culture, help build future leaders, and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. If you are excited about coaching teams, driving excellence, and making a meaningful impact across multiple restaurants, Wingstop invites you to apply and grow with them.
