As a Regional Operations Trainer, you will be more than just a trainer; you will be an inspiration to restaurant teams. You will also support critical business activities such as new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and the rollout of new systems. Conducting orientations and continuous check-ins with leaders in training will be part of your duties, along with documenting all training efforts, observations, and recognitions through digital tools like Zenput. Beyond the technical aspects, you will play a vital role as a culture driver by bringing energy, accountability, and enthusiasm to each restaurant you support.

Wingstop is looking for candidates who have prior restaurant leadership or training experience and a genuine passion for teaching and coaching others. Strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working a flexible schedule, traveling as required, skilled in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zenput, and reporting tools, and physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
