Folino Estate is currently seeking a dedicated Winery Concierge to join their hospitality team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all guest communications, reservations, events, and overall hospitality support spanning multiple facets of the estate including its winery, restaurants, and inn. As a Winery Concierge, the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing guest inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, social media, and online reviews, ensuring that guests receive timely, friendly, and informative responses.
This position involves assisting guests with booking reservations for tastings, dining experiences, wine events, and private gatherings including weddings. The Concierge will be responsible for managing reservations and event bookings primarily through the Tock reservation system, coordinating efforts across departments to meet guest needs and elevate their experience. Additionally, the role includes supporting the private event and wedding inquiry processes and assisting with reporting and administrative tasks related to reservations and event coordination.
Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to efficiently multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively manage guest relations and serve as a liaison between guests and various departments. Prior experience with hospitality operations, reservation systems, or event coordination will be beneficial.
