Job Requirements

Completion of sommelier certification
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Current sommelier certification
Experience in wine service or stewardship
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct wine tastings and provide wine education
Knowledge of wine storage and inventory management
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Excellent multitasking and customer service skills

Job Duties

Order and sell wine for the restaurant
Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipates guests' needs
Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile
