Job Description

PRP Wine International is a leading company in the wine industry, renowned for sourcing and sharing premium wines from around the globe. With its headquarters based in Naperville, Illinois, PRP Wine International operates with the mission to connect wine enthusiasts with an exclusive selection of world-class wines. Specializing in personalized wine experiences, the company offers both in-home and virtual wine samplings and events designed to create lasting memories and cultivate a passion for wine among its clientele. This dynamic and innovative organization is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, customer engagement, and continuous growth in the ever-evolving wine market.

Joining PRP Wine International as a Wine Consultant in the Chicagoland Area provides an exciting full-time, hybrid work opportunity. This position offers a unique blend of flexibility and structure, allowing consultants to work both from the Naperville headquarters and remotely. The role centers on building and maintaining strong client relationships, sharing the rich stories and qualities behind each carefully selected wine, and driving the sale of wine by the case through strategic client acquisition and retention. Wine Consultants have the opportunity to engage with private clients through intimate wine tastings, both virtually and in-home, bringing social and educational experiences to wine lovers.

As a Wine Consultant, you will be part of a vibrant and supportive team that values enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a passion for wine. Your work will involve coordinating events, managing orders, and utilizing technology to track sales performance and client preferences. You will also have the chance to contribute to the community by identifying local charities and events for collaboration, enhancing brand visibility while nurturing community ties. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building long-term client relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will receive ongoing coaching and development opportunities to advance your skills and career within the industry.

The company offers an uncapped commission structure, motivating high-performing consultants while providing lead generation opportunities to support your sales efforts. Additional incentives include car allowances, bonuses, contests, and trips, making the role both rewarding and exciting. Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, alongside a 401K program, ensure a well-rounded benefits package that supports both your professional and personal well-being. If you have a passion or knowledge of wine, excel in client interaction, and are eager to grow your career in the wine industry, this Wine Consultant position at PRP Wine International is an excellent fit.
