The current opening is for a part-time Wine Bar Associate, a pivotal role within the team that blends hospitality expertise with a passion for wine and storytelling. This position offers a unique opportunity to be more than just a server; it involves actively contributing to the inclusive mission of We Rise Wines while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role primarily involves bar service, which includes engaging with guests by sharing the inspiring stories behind the wines and winemakers that We Rise Wines supports. It requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside bar, kitchen, and operational teams from Tuesday through Saturday for 20-25 hours per week, mostly in the afternoons and evenings.

Additionally, the role includes responsibilities such as assisting with private events both onsite and offsite, sharing closing duties with the Assistant Manager, and contributing creatively to the company's digital presence through timely content creation for social media platforms. This role also features occasional duties like supporting wine club packing, wine deliveries, and participating in team meetings and other projects as needed.
