Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner

- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach products, loading or unloading heavy items, making note of customer suggestions
- answers the telephone promptly and provides helpful service

- rotates, faces, and replenishes merchandise
- checks in product and reviews invoices
- maintains displays in the department and store
- follows local, state and company policies on sales of tobacco and liquor
- removes trash in a timely manner

- reports to work on time
- orders product at supervisor's request
- assists with inventory
