Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • Strong wine and beverage training experience
  • Level I sommelier preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • Strong wine and beverage training experience
  • Level I sommelier preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department fostering an inclusive environment developing department associates and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests
  • Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect while participating in community outreach activities and events
  • Serve as the subject matter expert of wine and beverages for guests
  • Manage beverage department P&L develop initiatives to build sales increase profitability and grow guest count foster learning through extensive training programs
  • Ensure all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices while maintaining immaculate facilities
