Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • Strong wine and beverage training experience
  • Level I sommelier preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect with guests while participating in community outreach activities and events
  • Manage the beverage department's profit and loss, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow the guest count
  • Present quality food and drink by ensuring that menu items are made according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
