Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
- Strong wine and beverage training experience
- Level I sommelier preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive way
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests
- Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect with guests while participating in community outreach activities and events
- Manage the beverage department's profit and loss, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow the guest count
- Present quality food and drink by ensuring that menu items are made according to recipe and presentation standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
- Live and foster company principles and beliefs, modeling a passionate culture that supports balanced lives and fun
