The role of Wine and Restaurant Manager at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is crucial to fulfilling the restaurant's promise of memorable guest experiences centered around premium food, wine, and personalized service. The position offers a competitive annual compensation range from $68,640 to $90,000, dependent on location and eligibility for bonuses based on business performance. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing a wine and beverage program in a high volume environment
- Strong wine and beverage training experience
- Level I sommelier preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred
Job Qualifications
