As a Senior Windows Administrator at Dev Technology, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting Windows-based server environments at a government facility in Colorado Springs. This full-time, onsite role involves overseeing the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of critical server infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Windows systems through effective patch management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery readiness. Your technical expertise will be crucial in supporting 24x7x365 uptime operations, which require participation in an on-call rotational schedule to promptly respond to incidents and service restoration.

The role demands hands-on experience with Dell and HP Intel-based servers, Microsoft domain infrastructure components such as Active Directory and DNS, as well as security tools like McAfee Antivirus and Symantec Endpoint Protection. Familiarity with backup and restoration software, specifically Veritas NetBackup, is also essential. Beyond technical duties, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation including system configurations and standard operating procedures. This position offers an estimated salary range of $65,600 to $78,000, dependent on experience, education, and contractual factors.
