Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with power and hand tools
- Certification or ability to be certified in crane and forklift operation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights or confined spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
- Ability to be certified in overhead and jib crane operation and forklift operation
- Ability to effectively communicate and work in small teams to assemble product
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
Job Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools
- Interpret schematics, drawings and work orders to accurately assemble components
- Follow process, work instructions and shop standards ensuring parts are assembled properly by design and sequence
- Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them using jib cranes, fork trucks, and overhead cranes
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in day-to-day work
