Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with power and hand tools
  • Certification or ability to be certified in crane and forklift operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights or confined spaces

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
  • Ability to be certified in overhead and jib crane operation and forklift operation
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in small teams to assemble product
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

Job Duties

  • Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools
  • Interpret schematics, drawings and work orders to accurately assemble components
  • Follow process, work instructions and shop standards ensuring parts are assembled properly by design and sequence
  • Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame
  • Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them using jib cranes, fork trucks, and overhead cranes
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in day-to-day work
