Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency (HSE)
- at least one year related experience and/or training
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in moderate noise levels and occasional outdoor or off-site environments

Job Duties
- Answer telephone, triage needs and direct calls to appropriate staff
- take messages as needed and send to appropriate staff
- check and respond to voice messages in a timely manner (the same day)
- greet customers, students and guests, triage needs and communicate those needs to the appropriate partner staff
- create a contagious atmosphere of excellent customer service
- perform clerical duties as assigned by Center Director
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices
