Job Requirements

high school diploma or ged preferred
one year of food handling experience necessary
food handler’s card required within 30 days of employment
must successfully obtain a tips card within 60 days of employment
for ages 18 to 20 years, must obtain class 13
for ages 21 years or older, must obtain class 12 mixologist certification

Job Duties

works collaboratively with f&b team members to provide services to guests
follows port madison enterprises' policies and procedures and health and safety standards
strives to uphold and promote pme’s service standards and greets guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
possesses a working knowledge of menu selections and is able to make recommendations to guests
understands and exercises professional judgment relative to alcohol service
ability to make beverage recommendations to guests
completes cash transactions consistent with pme’s cash handling policies
