The Food and Beverage (F&B) Server position at White Horse Golf Club is vital to delivering an outstanding dining experience to all guests. This role requires an individual passionate about customer service, well-versed in menu offerings, and capable of assisting in various food and beverage operations. The F&B Server is responsible not only for attending to customers’ needs but also for upholding PME’s stringent service standards, including setting and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas, and supporting the F&B team during high-demand periods. Employees in this role must demonstrate excellent communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, adherence to PME’s policies, including cash handling procedures and alcohol service regulations, is crucial. The role offers exposure to event setups and may involve secondary tasks such as assisting with beverage cart service or barbecue areas. Certification specifics, including TIPS permits and mixologist certifications, are mandated for certain tasks, reflecting the company’s commitment to responsible service and legal compliance. one year of food handling experience necessary
food handler’s card required within 30 days of employment
must successfully obtain a tips card within 60 days of employment
for ages 18 to 20 years, must obtain class 13
for ages 21 years or older, must obtain class 12 mixologist certification
