Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged preferred
  • one year of food handling experience necessary
  • food handler’s card required within 30 days of employment
  • must successfully obtain a tips card within 60 days of employment
  • for ages 18 to 20 years, must obtain class 13
  • for ages 21 years or older, must obtain class 12 mixologist certification

Job Duties

  • works collaboratively with f&b team members to provide services to guests
  • follows port madison enterprises' policies and procedures and health and safety standards
  • strives to uphold and promote pme’s service standards and greets guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • possesses a working knowledge of menu selections and is able to make recommendations to guests
  • understands and exercises professional judgment relative to alcohol service
  • ability to make beverage recommendations to guests
  • completes cash transactions consistent with pme’s cash handling policies
