Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- prior experience in a leadership role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- passion for local and sustainable cuisine
- valid food handler certification
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar leadership role in a professional kitchen
- culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- strong knowledge of organic and local ingredient sourcing
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- commitment to sustainability and quality
- creativity in menu development
Job Duties
- Contribute to the development of seasonal menu items
- lead and inspire kitchen staff to maintain professionalism and high standards
- manage daily kitchen operations efficiently

- ensure use of sustainable, local, and organic ingredients
- maintain organization and cleanliness in the kitchen
