- prior experience in a food preparation setting preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail

- capable of lifting moderate weights
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a prep cook or kitchen assistant role preferred

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, chopping, and measuring
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- assist chefs in food preparation and assembly
- follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- manage inventory and report shortages
- support team communication and workflow
- adhere to restaurant opening and closing procedures
