This full-time Driver position is crucial in helping us uphold our mission. The role involves operating a company-provided shuttle or sedan to transport disabled veterans within a designated service area, strictly following established schedules and traffic laws. Beyond driving, the position demands attention to vehicle maintenance through pre and post-trip inspections, assisting passengers with mobility aids, and managing their luggage with care. Effective communication with dispatch and proper reporting of any incidents or vehicle issues are also key responsibilities.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $14.10 per hour with an additional $5.09 per hour in benefits, reflecting our respect for the important work our drivers perform. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and be able to store a company passenger van at their residence. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, push or pull 80 pounds, exert significant hand strength, and manage prolonged periods of sitting and other mobility movements.
