The role of the Event Coordinator is central to the success of our projects. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all facets of events, from initial concept through to completion. This includes working closely with clients to fully understand their event needs, turning their vision into reality, and managing communications with vendors, venues, performers, and staff. You will handle budgeting, scheduling, and logistical coordination to ensure milestones are achieved and that the event execution is seamless and successful. Additionally, you will provide on-site management during events, addressing any operational challenges and helping to deliver excellent customer service. Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination, specifically in sports, concerts, or theatre (preferred)
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage event logistics
- basic computer skills required for event planning software, scheduling tools, and email communication
- strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination, specifically in sports, concerts, or theatre, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage event logistics, basic computer skills required for event planning software, scheduling tools, and email communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events
Job Duties
