Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- have a valid driver license
- clean driving record
- at least two years of experience driving
- prior experience driving a 22-foot truck
- able to adhere to a schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- dressed for the role and ready to act in a professional manner
- willing to work weekends and holidays
- able to lift and/or move a minimum of 10 pounds
- other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- have a valid driver license
- clean driving record
- at least two years of experience driving
- prior experience driving a 22-foot truck
- food service/retail background is a plus
- strong desire to grow personally and professionally
- problem solving and decision-making skills
- strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills
- guest-focused with ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
Job Duties
- Drive and operate food truck at various events and locations, including setup, service, and breakdown
- coordinate event setup and breakdown, ensuring food truck is fully operational, stocked, and prepared before service begins
- assist General Manager with the overall operations and financial performance within the store
- supervise and lead team members, ensuring efficient service and adherence to Wetzel's Pretzels' brand standards
- hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience
- deliver quality food and beverage to each guest according to brand standards and using brand systems
- ensure cash handling and sanitation procedures are in place and followed
- furnish regular reports to the corporate office
