Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
  • Clean and set tables in the outlet
  • Perform general cleaning duties and setup related to food service
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
  • Greet guests by name whenever possible throughout the meal service
  • Stack trays properly for efficient removal by servers
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable merchandise and cleaning equipment
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness
  • Inspect porcelain, glass, and silverware before use
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Comply with security policies
  • Maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
  • Welcome and attend to guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and meet guest service needs sincerely
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
