Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
  • Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as required by state regulations

Job Duties

  • Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
  • Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests like a pro
  • Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with attention to detail to keep orders spot-on and guests happy
  • Juggle multiple tables with ease, keeping service smooth, spaces clean, and maintaining composure in high-pressure moments
  • Handle transactions with precision, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
  • Keep the service area spotless and safe following hygiene regulations and certification standards
  • Maintain stamina and energy, performing physical tasks like lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
