These prime locations make it an ideal destination for both business travelers and tourists seeking luxury and convenience. Guests at Westin Boston Waterfront enjoy contemporary and comfortable accommodations featuring amenities like flat-screen TVs, coffee makers with Starbucks Coffee, and plush bathrobes that ensure a relaxing stay. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant, Sauciety, which serves a delightful buffet breakfast to start the day.

The Director of Front Office at Westin Boston Waterfront holds a crucial leadership role dedicated to elevating the guest experience and ensuring seamless hotel operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects related to the front office, from guest check-in and check-out processes to managing room inventory and enforcing brand standards with a focus on profitability through intelligent budgeting and policy adherence. As a leader, the Director is instrumental in motivating, coaching, and developing the Front Office team by providing supervision, feedback, performance evaluations, and recognition. The role demands a proactive approach to crisis management, including holding relevant emergency certifications, managing daily reporting, and participating in Manager on Duty shifts to be prepared for any operational challenges. Candidates must bring progressive experience in front desk leadership and demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with property management systems, particularly OnQ, and the ability to analyze financial and data information are essential for effective decision-making.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional seeking to make a significant impact in a luxury hotel environment while enjoying a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement benefits. The opportunity to work in an iconic Boston property known for its innovative environmental design and proximity to key city landmarks further enhances the appeal of this leadership role.
