- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in essential computer programs including company-approved spreadsheets and word processing applications
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Capable of working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic
- Prior supervisory experience preferred

- Lead team to deliver exceptional guest service throughout events
- Address guest and staff concerns promptly with professionalism
