We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Housekeeping to join our esteemed team. As the leader of the Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. This pivotal role requires orchestrating all facets of housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and every other corner of the hotel are immaculately maintained and inviting. In this role, the Director of Housekeeping will act as the housekeeping maestro, coordinating efforts to deliver spotless environments that consistently exceed guest expectations. Managing complex schedules and budgets with precision, you will function as the scheduling superhero who oversees rosters and behind-the-scenes logistics. Preparedness in emergency situations is essential, and your ability as an emergency response pro will ensure swift and effective action whenever needed. Acting as the guest happiness ambassador, you will promote attentive, personalized service that creates memorable stays for every visitor. Your role as a quality guardian involves meticulous inspection and continuous improvement efforts to maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.

The position requires a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in hospitality or an equivalent educational background combined with relevant experience. Supervisory experience is mandatory, along with strong skills in communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, particularly under pressure. Competency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software is essential, as is possessing a valid driver's license. Excellent financial acumen will support your ability to manage and analyze complex data related to housekeeping operations.
