Job Description
The Server role at Regal Cinemas is essential to the guest experience and operates primarily within the concession stand area of the theater. As a team member, the server's main responsibility is to provide superior guest service by creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. This role requires attention to detail and a genuine concern for guest satisfaction, involving tasks such as handling cash and inventory, preparing and cleaning concession equipment, and promoting on-going promotions and loyalty programs like the Regal Crown Club. The server must be knowledgeable about the laws and regulations regarding the serving of alcohol, including successfully completing all applicable training, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and passing background checks if their duties involve alcohol sales. The server is also expected to adhere to food safety laws and maintain compliance with all relevant health regulations. Apart from operational tasks, the server must be adept at sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling to enhance revenue and guest experience. Furthermore, the role requires familiarity with emergency procedures, MPAA rating enforcement, and counterfeit bill detection. Physical demands of the job include frequent standing, walking, handling materials, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- legal age to serve and sell alcohol if applicable
- completion of state or local required training and certificates for alcohol service

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service desirable
- knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service

Job Duties
- Provide regular and consistent attendance
- operate concession stand including selling alcohol if licensed
