Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
- answer initial questions from the customer
- be the first and last impression of the dealership
- operate customer and dealership owned vehicles safely and with the utmost care
- pick up and deliver stock units to and from service department
- use the company Key Track Machine System
- helps maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties such as trash removal, sweeping
- do not use cell phones on the drive or while in moving vehicle
- verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information including name, VIN, tag number, mileage
- helps with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after they have been written up
- installs disposable protective coverings like seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- delivers keys and repair order to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicle
- retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle and thanking customers for their business
- follows all safety and security procedures
- performs other duties as assigned
