Greenway West Palm Beach KIA is currently seeking to fill an immediate opening for a Service Porter/Valet. This role is vital in ensuring the flow and delivery of excellent service at the dealership's service department. The Service Porter/Valet is an outgoing, dependable individual responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival, confirming appointments, and gathering essential information about the customer's visit to facilitate a smooth handoff to a Service Advisor. This position requires handling customer vehicles with great care, moving them around the lot and service areas safely while maintaining their clean and damage-free condition. Moreover, the role involves performing custodial duties within the service lot and workshop areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Ideal candidates for this position possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED, hold an unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record, maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills. The job demands working in outdoor environments subjected to seasonal weather variations, including hot summers and cold winters. Additionally, it is important for the candidate to be capable of driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Experience as a valet or a basic knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is considered advantageous but not mandatory. Given the requirement to operate vehicles safely, applicants must have a valid driver's license and an impeccable driving record.
