Job Description

Chili's is a beloved casual dining restaurant chain that was founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Over the years, Chili's has become synonymous with bold flavors and a welcoming atmosphere, famed for its Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, sizzling fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas. With decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Chili's has developed a reputation for delivering not only delicious food but also an exceptional guest experience grounded in warmth, service, and community engagement. The company takes pride in its culture of fun mixed with a dedication to excellence, creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued and inspired. Chili's is committed to nurturing a supportive and dynamic workplace that encourages collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.

The restaurant is currently seeking passionate and skilled Managers who are eager to lead and inspire teams while driving operational success. Chili's Managers are more than just supervisors; they are hospitality leaders who play a critical role in connecting with team members and guests alike. Emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment, these Managers ensure that every shift runs smoothly and that each guest receives an experience worth remembering. With a competitive salary range between $55,000 and $70,000 yearly, this role offers a rewarding career path for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-oriented settings.

As a Chili's Manager, you will be at the forefront of the restaurant’s daily operations, setting the tone for service excellence and fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect. You will be responsible for guaranteeing a great guest experience by guiding, motivating, and holding team members accountable to the highest operational and quality standards. The role demands a leader who is self-reflective, open to growth, and capable of addressing challenges with transparency and vulnerability. Through championing change and new initiatives, you will influence team member behavior and contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.

In this leadership position, you will utilize Chili's proven operational systems, such as the Manager Timeline and line checks, to control costs effectively and maintain quality. You will also oversee recruitment, training, and development, nurturing team members to grow and take on greater responsibilities. Engaging with guests and developing community relationships will be key components of your role, along with upholding safe food handling practices and embodying Chili’s core cultural beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for those who are dependable, capable of multitasking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Joining Chili’s means becoming part of a team that values hard work, accountability, and most importantly, having fun while delivering outstanding hospitality.
