We are currently looking to fill the position of a fast-food crew member who plays a crucial role in delivering service that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. The primary objective of this role is to provide wow service—an extraordinary level of guest courtesy and efficiency. The crew member will engage with customers by greeting them warmly, assisting with their orders through suggestive selling, and answering any inquiries they might have about the menu. This is a fast-paced role requiring the individual to maintain orderliness and a smooth flow of customers from the order station to the service area by managing a serpentine queue. The employee will be responsible for accurately recording orders, assembling food items either from the serving area or storage, and serving refreshments including cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts.
In addition to customer interaction, the role involves some preparation tasks such as retrieving raw stock and maintaining the readiness of the food prep stations. The position also requires adherence to all company policies including ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving areas. Employees will need to handle payments and address customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism. This role requires the ability to perform basic math for handling transactions and the capability to apply common sense in following instructions and addressing operational procedures. Although no prior experience is necessary, a high school diploma is preferred and candidates must be at least 16 years old to apply.
Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasionally climbing or kneeling. The work environment may expose employees to heat from cooking equipment and surrounding noise which is generally moderate. Job Duties
