  • Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience, preferably in QSR or fast-casual
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
