Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of restaurant, retail or customer service experience
  • must have or be able to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
  • ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties
  • ability to lift or pull up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work all day parts and days of the week
  • able to travel to different locations as needed
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to work under stress and make independent decisions
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of restaurant experience desired
  • 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • excellent communication skills
  • effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • conflict resolution abilities
  • ability to act with integrity and professionalism
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Train crew members on operational procedures
  • act as cash manager including cash register setup and verification
  • perform restaurant walk-throughs for readiness and cleanliness
  • supervise and develop crew members and Team Trainers
  • coordinate execution of operational tasks to ensure compliance with company policies
  • ensure food safety compliance is upheld
  • assist with shift-specific procedures and crew scheduling
