Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or food service experience is a plus
- ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- compliance with uniform and appearance standards
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and handle fast-paced work environment
- commitment to teamwork and positive attitude

Job Duties
- support the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts
- learn and follow Wendy's standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- deliver fast, friendly, accurate service every guest, every time
- work as part of a 5-star team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things the right way
- help train new team members by showing them how to delight every customer
- follow direction from shift managers and the general manager and help make each shift better than the last
- maintain a positive, respectful, and fun work environment
- contribute to the restaurant's success by helping drive great service, great food, and great guest satisfaction
