Job Requirements
- Be able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Handle weather related tasks such as working rain or heat
- Use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Follow all brand standards and guidelines
- Demonstrate a respectful and positive attitude
- Be willing to work varied shifts and schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Operate drive-thru, register, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Prepare food items according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Restock supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups
- Assist team members and support a collaborative work environment
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
