Job Requirements

  • Be able to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
  • Handle weather related tasks such as working rain or heat
  • Use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
  • Follow all brand standards and guidelines
  • Demonstrate a respectful and positive attitude
  • Be willing to work varied shifts and schedules

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Operate drive-thru, register, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Prepare food items according to brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Restock supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups
  • Assist team members and support a collaborative work environment
