Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- knowledge of health and safety regulations as required by company's standards and laws
- ServSafe certification required
- proficiency with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
- comfortable with company technology platforms
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- access to reliable transportation
- willingness to travel to nearby store locations as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with hiring, training, motivating, and developing team members
- conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members using company learning systems
- represent the General Manager in meetings and promotional activities
- enforce uniform and grooming standards
- promptly report claims of workplace violations
- assist with food ordering, scheduling, and inventory control
- manage restaurant opening and closing procedures
- ensure compliance with daily walk-throughs and safety audits
- conduct internal self-assessments and health department compliance
- complete weekly inventory counts and reporting
- cover workstations during breaks
- ensure high levels of customer service and speed of service
- resolve customer issues using company processes
- support the General Manager in financial target achievement
- assist with cash handling, smart safe, and POS system management
- manage cash registers, orders, and conduct cash audits
