Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations as required by company's standards and laws
  • ServSafe certification required
  • proficiency with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
  • comfortable with company technology platforms
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • access to reliable transportation
  • willingness to travel to nearby store locations as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist with hiring, training, motivating, and developing team members
  • conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members using company learning systems
  • represent the General Manager in meetings and promotional activities
  • enforce uniform and grooming standards
  • promptly report claims of workplace violations
  • assist with food ordering, scheduling, and inventory control
  • manage restaurant opening and closing procedures
  • ensure compliance with daily walk-throughs and safety audits
  • conduct internal self-assessments and health department compliance
  • complete weekly inventory counts and reporting
  • cover workstations during breaks
  • ensure high levels of customer service and speed of service
  • resolve customer issues using company processes
  • support the General Manager in financial target achievement
  • assist with cash handling, smart safe, and POS system management
  • manage cash registers, orders, and conduct cash audits
