Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations as required by Wendy's International, WKS, and applicable local and state laws
- ServSafe certification required
- Proficiency with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
- Comfortable with company technology platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work at nearby store locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting

Job Duties
- Assist with hiring, training, and motivating team members
- Conduct onboarding and orientation using company learning systems
- Represent General Manager in meetings and promotions
- Enforce uniform and grooming standards
- Report workplace misconduct promptly
- Assist with food ordering, scheduling, and inventory control
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with daily walk-throughs and safety audits
- Complete inventory counts and reporting
- Cover workstations and assist during breaks
- Ensure high levels of customer service and speed
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Support financial targets and profitability goals
- Assist with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
- Manage cash registers and company funds
