Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations as required by Wendy's International, WKS, and applicable local and state laws
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Proficiency with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
  • Comfortable with company technology platforms
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work at nearby store locations as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with hiring, training, and motivating team members
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation using company learning systems
  • Represent General Manager in meetings and promotions
  • Enforce uniform and grooming standards
  • Report workplace misconduct promptly
  • Assist with food ordering, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Manage opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with daily walk-throughs and safety audits
  • Complete inventory counts and reporting
  • Cover workstations and assist during breaks
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and speed
  • Resolve customer issues professionally
  • Support financial targets and profitability goals
  • Assist with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
  • Manage cash registers and company funds
