As the welcoming face of the spa, Wellness Guides are responsible for setting the tone for every client’s experience, managing the front desk, overseeing the retail boutique, and assisting clients with their needs throughout their visit. They ensure guests have an exceptional and relaxing experience by managing robe and slipper distribution, lockers, spa tours, beverage and food orders, and more. Additionally, Wellness Guides contribute to maintaining the spa's immaculate condition by restocking and organizing laundry, towels, robes, slippers, glassware, snacks, and beverage stations. This role requires individuals who are not only passionate and goal-driven but who also take pride in their professional appearance and their ability to create a warm, welcoming space.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum age of 21 preferred but some high school or college applicants considered
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- reliable and dependable
- able to work 8-hour shifts
- available for at least one weekend shift per week
- willingness to learn new techniques in paid training
- ability to adapt to various roles

Job Duties
- arrive 10-15 minutes early for opening shifts
- stay after closing to complete closing duties
- review daily appointments and prepare for special client requests
- confirm client appointments
- turn on and off spa equipment at start and end of shifts
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- prepare and restock water, teas, and snack stations
- clean and arrange retail spaces
- prepare retail gift baskets
- maintain professional appearance and uniform
- check guests in and out
- schedule and rebook appointments
- up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell spa services and products
- assist with laundry and cleaning of treatment and common areas
- provide spa tours and serve beverages
- restock retail and beverage areas as needed
- communicate spa promotions to guests
- stay updated on policies and procedures
- delegate tasks to team members when needed
- assist spa manager with other duties as required
